Madame Sparkle is the alter ego of Laura who resides in East Brisbane with her husband and children. Originally from the Auvergne region of France (2-hours from Lyon), Laura grew up with her parents owning a Hotel in the French countryside. From her teenage years she was in charge of cleaning the 30 hotel rooms for her parents who were the Head Chef and Hotel Manager. It was at this time that Madame Sparkle, Laura’s alter ego, was born as she gained a reputation among her family for her penchant for meticulous cleaning.

Madame Sparkle (aka Laura) loves to bring her clients the joy of a clean and organised home. She appreciates how a clean house can support a clean mind and relaxed atmosphere which can be important for mental health. She understands that busy lives of families and that not everyone has the capacity to clean their residence whether it be a lack of time or lack of capacity for NDIS participants. She is grateful for the opportunity to assist others in this regard so that they can enjoy a dignified life as well as maximise their weekends with family and loved ones rather than be burdened by cleaning.

Laura has also worked in the 5-Star Hotel Industry as a Spa Therapist for the past 20-years. It is important for Laura to bring a 5-star quality of service which includes her warm and friendly communication style and high attention to detail with all of her clients.

Laura is fluent in both English and French. She enjoys travelling, exploring nature, baking cakes, and picnics with her family in her free time.
